Simpatia Apartment had a customized rack that integrates the living room, the coffee area and the bar. The furniture had well-divided spaces for
bottles, a wine cellar, a minibar and suspended shelves to help .
Lez Arquitetura was responsible for creating practical solutions for the
44 m² apartment , and investing in smart carpentry was a smart idea to bring functionality to the space.
The desire to create a
vegetable garden in the kitchen is already a reality in many homes. Triplex Arquitetura showed how it is possible to do this in a creative way, betting on
carpentry to group the species . Named
Casa Raízes , the project made its presence felt by bringing natural elements to
CASACOR Sao Paulo 2018.
The space for the sofa evolves into a
wooden panel that outlines the walls and also creates shelves for ornaments and plants. The project was designed by
Dan Gayfer Design with the aim of investing in
built-in furniture to better utilize and divide the generous 93 m² of space. a

Open shelves are a favorite for small spaces because they offer great practicality and spaciousness.
Priscila Cox and Fernanda Gazola tried different ideas for an
apartment located in Itaim Bibi , and chose a shelf with niches that integrate the
kitchen and living room .
Children's bedrooms are architects' favorite settings for using
smart carpentry . This is a
space that needs interactivity and ideas that spark the creativity of little ones . An example of this is the project by Tatiana Lopes and Tatiana Mendes for
CASACOR Rio de Janeiro. January 2016 that cleverly integrated
bed, bookshelf and desk to accommodate everything in its proper place.
Using the space under the stairs is a good solution in small spaces. In this project for a
23m² apartment designed by
Nestpace Design , the experts chose to create a
home office for the residents next to the stairs, and placed several
niches so that the occupants could work. could place their items and
keep the place organized .
On the upper floor, the
bedroom steals the show, and pleases those who need privacy to work, read a book, meditate or just have a moment of tranquility.
Colors and carpentry marked the
Minha Cabana, Meu Mundo project designed by the SP Estúdio office for
CASACOR São Paulo 2017. The architects in charge of the delicate space, Fabiana Silveira and Patricia de Palma, decided to bring items that would accompany the children's growth.
The architects invested in a
custom-made cabin furniture that has everything a child could need. With
niches distributed next to the bed to grab a toy, a wardrobe, baskets under the bed with blankets and plants to purify the air and bring even more lightness to the space.
A
raised bed with a built-in desk was Matheus Ilt's proposal for his own bedroom. On the lower part, he places bed linens, pillows and other personal items, while the stairs serve as drawers for pajamas and smaller items.
The
gourmet balcony is a coveted space that many experts explore ways to ensure comfort. This
apartment featured the keen eye of Danyela Correa who brought
intelligent carpentry to a simple sofa, with drawers to store various items that the residents so desired.
Rustic wood entered the scene to bring delicacy to
Júlia's Room , designed by
Paula Neder and Coletivo PN+ for
CASACOR Rio de Janeiro 2021. The architects invested in a space so that the 7-year-old girl could read, study, play and have new ideas.
The
carpentry was used throughout the space - in the cabinets, on the bed and on the niche shelves. The idea was to create a piece of furniture that would last for many years and accompany the girl through different ages.
A
112 m² loft featured smart carpentry to integrate the spaces and bring warmth to the composition. The project designed by
Studio 011 for
CASACOR São Paulo 2017 featured few pieces of furniture and, to bring functionality, wood was essential.
The kitchen needs to be quite strategic, and in this case, Beto from
@acadadobeto invested in a cabinet to take advantage of the
space on the side of the refrigerator and water cooler . The cabinet has a pull-out door to accommodate everyday items.
