The second edition of CASACOR Piauí 2025 has already confirmed its location in Teresina. The Exhibition is scheduled to take place in mid-May of next year and will be held in one of the best located areas of the city: Av. Senador Arêa Leão, 1459, in the Jockey Club neighborhood. The new property that will host the exhibition has a built area of 1,200.00 m2 and almost 6,000.00 m2 of total area. The new cast of professionals who will be part of the event will be inspired by the theme “Sowing Dreams”, in an invitation to think about housing in harmony with nature, bioarchitecture and the well-being of the planet. For 2025, the Exhibition promises even more sophistication, beauty and reinforcement of regional values. The event is already part of the city's calendar

The first edition of the exhibition took place in the mansion located at Avenida Zequinha Freire, 225, in the Santa Isabel neighborhood, and was a great success, as it was visited by more than 20,000 people during the 45 days of the event. Without a doubt, CASACOR Piauí arrived and transformed the entire city of Teresina. The positive impact was noticeable in several sectors of the state, such as culture, art, design and crafts from Piauí. In the first edition, 53 professionals worked in 34 environments that were part of the mansion that hosted the event in the capital of Piauí.
