The second edition of CASACOR Piauí will take place from May 15 to June 29, 2025, in one of the best-located areas of Teresina: Av. Senador Arêa Leão, 1459, in the Jóquei neighborhood. The new property that will host the exhibition has a built area of 1,200 m2 and nearly 6,000 m2 of total area. It is worth mentioning that it is a single-story house from the 80s, with a lot of accessibility and spacious projects. The new cast of the exhibition is made up of 41 professionals who are responsible for 29 projects that will be designed with inspiration from this year's theme: "Sowing Dreams." The intention is to provoke reflections on housing in harmony with nature, bioarchitecture, and the well-being of the planet.

In composing the projects, CASACOR Piauí 2025 includes the following spaces that offer services to the visiting public of the exhibition: the "Casa do Artesão," signed by Laline Mendes + Arquitetura; the "Bossa Bar," signed by Isabela Portela; the "Restaurante Ayty," signed by Casa Almendra Arquitetura; and the "Café Verde Miraflores," signed by Paloma Arquitetura e Design.

Event is already part of the city's calendar

The first edition of the exhibition took place in the mansion located at Avenida Zequinha Freire, 225, Santa Isabel neighborhood, and was a great success, as it received over 20,000 visitors during the 45 days of the event. CASACOR Piauí arrived and transformed the entire city of Teresina. The positive impact was noticeable in various sectors of the state, such as culture, art, design, and Piauiense handicrafts. In the first edition, 53 professionals worked in 34 projects that integrated the mansion hosting the event in the capital of Piauí.
