The Open House of
CASACOR Piauí 2026 marked, last Wednesday (11/26), the beginning of the third edition of the show in Teresina. Held at the property that will host the event next year, the gathering brought together architects, interior designers, landscapers, and the press for a complete visit to the projects, as well as the presentation of the show's masterplan and the structural details of the house before the interventions.
The show will take place between
May 7 and June 21, 2026, in a privileged area of the capital: Avenida Presidente Kennedy, No. 5490, in the Morros neighborhood. The edition will feature approximately 28 projects. The property, belonging to the Public Notary Mrs. Anatália Gonçalves de Sampaio Pereira, has 1,100 m² of built area and a plot totaling 10,000 m², offering a broad scenario for the creation of the projects.
The central theme of 2026, “
Mind and Heart”, invites companies and professionals to develop solutions that respond to contemporary concerns, proposing the house as a space for healing, welcome, and self-care. The theme also provokes reflections on the excess of information and the anxieties that emerge with the growing presence of artificial intelligence in everyday life, guiding the creation of more sensitive and humanized projects.
Pedro Esdras, Director of CASACOR Piauí, highlights the enthusiasm for the new cycle. “This year's theme allows for looking at living in synergy with the human issues that cross our current reality. The property will be a great laboratory for new professionals to create projects that enchant the public and generate reflections,” he states.
The previous editions, held in 2024 and 2025, received around 50,000 visitors, who got to know closely the trends, styles, and inspirations that marked the show in the capital. In 2026, the expectation is for even more impact, with a renewed and creative lineup, reinforcing the show as a space for dialogue between architecture, behavior, and the emotions that permeate contemporary life.
