In 2025, CASACOR Minas Gerais celebrates 30 years of activities. In this edition, it will occupy a building that has historical importance for the capital of Minas Gerais, as well as a close connection with architecture. The chosen address is the building constructed to house the Izabela Hendrix Methodist Institute. Located at Rua da Bahia, 2,020, in the Lourdes neighborhood, the construction, inaugurated in 1941, is the current headquarters of PUC Lourdes. The building draws attention for its grandeur and also for its historical relevance. The building is listed by the competent authorities and is part of the Circuito Liberdade. The 30th edition of CASACOR Minas will be held between August 12 and September 28.
