The Mayú Restaurant reappears at CASACOR Ceará 2024 with an innovative project, reflecting the professional trajectory of Coletânea Arquitetos. In a 280m2 space, the space combines the best of contemporary Brazilian cuisine with a sophisticated design, combining classic items with rusticity and creating transitions marked by arches in a welcoming maximalism. Dark colors and natural textures bring life to the space, which is a true tribute to the exquisite restaurants characteristic of the first editions of the Show. The Chef's Showcase attracts the eye from the organic façade and prepares visitors for the true gastronomic spectacle that is offered there; the Living Room created as an anteroom houses the bar and ensures that all visitors enjoy the full sensory experience of the environment, even without a reservation in the large 60-seat room. The Lavatório emerges as a separate universe, with mirrors and prints that embrace in a scenic and imposing format.
