The inspiration comes from the old American lofts of the 1950s, but there is nothing vintage about this space. In fact, Maria Graziella Oliveira and Allan Chierighini completely revitalized the concept, taking advantage of the integrated spaces to incorporate the most modern features. in technology and automation , offering all the comfort the user may need.
With large and multifunctional spaces, the Loft Íris integrates in its 110 m² area a home theater, office, dining room, gourmet area, master suite, closet, bathroom area and toilet – all designed for the post-pandemic home, a theme that guides the CASACOR exhibitions in 2021, " Casa Original ".
For the décor, colors and materials that evoke nature were chosen, such as the reddish tones of the Natuzzi sofa and the green tones that run through the rugs. The connection with nature is also evident in the hyperrealistic works of art by Patrícia Vieira selected for the space. , such as " Paredão Funchal ", which references the city of Funchal, capital of the Madeira archipelago, in Portugal.
Highlighting biophilia , which is present in materials such as certified Sucupira wood , chosen to compose the lining and panels, and natural stone that integrates the details. Sustainable fabrics , produced from leftovers and scraps, and ventilation and lighting natural – made possible only by the integration of environments –, are guided by sustainable principles and offer large living spaces.
