Created by architects Ilana Rocha and Sara Aragão, it celebrates the four decades of history of Imobiliária Luciano Cavalcante, highlighting its contribution to the real estate development of Ceará. The project combines elegance and technology, allowing visitors to experience an interactive immersion through 3D glasses, offering a "flight" over the Fortaleza coastline and other important projects of the company. The playful and artistic highlight is a helicopter created by artist Dim Brinquedim, made with reused materials, reinforcing the commitment to sustainability. The environment combines strong and contrasting colors such as black, graphite and bronze, with lighter tones, creating a sophisticated atmosphere. The organic walls and shapes inspired by nature ensure a harmonious flow, while the inviting lounge and the company's timeline give historical depth to the space. The lighting project with LEDs and the illuminated screen highlight the Beira Mar coastline in perfect harmony with the theme From the present, the now.
