The jangada, the reality of those who live from the sea, and the uru, a straw basket used by the jangadeiros to carry food from the sea to home, are the starting points for the interior designer in creating a dining room that matches the current moment. The idea is to welcome a chef at home, gather small groups of friends, close people, and family, and enjoy good moments in one's own home. Casa Nica also brings a tribute to the director of CASACOR Ceará, Neuma Figueiredo. Her work and that of her family gave rise, in 1977, to Nica, a craft store that got the nickname of the director's younger sister. The bazaar with clay pieces brought Neuma and local craftsmanship all over Brazil, also adding space and recognition in the world of decoration and architecture up until the invitation to lead CASACOR Ceará. And there go 22 editions! Long life to Neuma, long life to CASACOR Ceará!
