Located in Itupeva, in the interior of São Paulo, Casa Fazenda da Grama is surrounded by greenery outside and, precisely for this reason, glass is a major protagonist in its decoration, allowing for constant admiration of the surroundings and the entry of abundant natural light . .

The project sought to integrate the spaces. The open living room on both sides is the greatest indoor-outdoor integration of the residence, creating a light and fresh environment. The contemporary language is present in the coverings, from the selection of the flooring to the design of the staircase in corten steel.

The interior decoration uses elements that reference the couple's history and culture , with bright colors as a basis to reference Bahia and the sophistication of various elements to represent Chile.

Wood and natural stones blend together elegantly and give a natural touch to the environment. In the outdoor area, the landscaping blends in with nature, from the use of natural stones on the floor to the navy blue tiles in the pool, which elegantly modernize the rest, socializing and leisure area.

The focus on organic and curvilinear elements can be seen in the bathroom , which features an oval-shaped natural stone sink, softening the atmosphere and combining the clients' desires in an aesthetic and functional way.
