This residence located in an upscale neighborhood of São Paulo is a true refuge in the middle of the city . With an area of approximately three thousand m², the project is signed by Débora Aguiar – an architect confirmed in the CASACOR São Paulo 2021 cast who will design a project in partnership with Todeschini . To meet the family's needs, the project involved a total and radical intervention : demolitions, extensions, a complete retrofit of the structure and infrastructure of all the facilities. The architecture lacked unity – and with it a soul that would translate the request for harmony, comfort and sophistication.

The owners were looking for a spacious home that would accommodate the whole family, and the property came along at the perfect time: large, wooded land, gardens and plenty of space . "For me, a well-designed house is one that welcomes , that integrates and where every corner is used, enjoyed, because it was designed to welcome and stay , whether due to the natural light and the surrounding gardens, or the composition of the materials or the elaborate effects. of lighting", explains architect Débora Aguiar .
In response to the clients’ requests, Débora planned a new division of spaces , opening up spaces and creating social and multifunctional spaces , allowing for simultaneous integration or even the privacy required for certain areas. The intimate areas received special care, ensuring the privacy of residents with great comfort and elegance.

Within a contemporary architecture proposal, elements such as wooden columns were taken to the new facades, ennobling and enhancing the beauty of the construction, in addition to consolidating the unification of the architectural language . Modern coverings were also used, prioritizing noble materials such as stone, linen and wood , creating the perfect setting for an interesting and unpretentious mix of materials, giving the project just the right amount of lightness and sophistication .
