The highlight of the space is the metal structure enhanced by the sea view, connecting it with the external environment and demonstrating the value of steel in civil construction. Heliomar Venâncio opted for a minimal intervention in the surrounding structure, a way of enhancing the existing architecture, with lush landscaping featuring various shades of green, with the circulation enhancing the sea view. Sustainability in the project is evidenced by the use of draining flooring and certified wood, and the lounges are configured as spaces for contemplation, or true invitations, to enjoy the view of Vitória Bay, referencing the four elements: fire, earth, air and water.
