For the 100m2 lounge, the architect created a modern concept combining the architectural design of the existing building with the program of needs of a communication company. Concrete appears as the final finish of the ceilings and walls, in the brises designed by Karla Amaral (which create a large dynamic panel through the play of light and shadow) and also in the authorial furniture, inspired by garden benches and that can be exposed to the weather of the Cerrado. They are individual modules that can be combined in various ways referring to modernist rationalization and simplicity. The monochrome concrete that covers the entire space underwent an intervention of red color in specific elements and highlights pieces signed by Oscar Niemayer, Jorge Zalszupin, Ricardo Fasanello, and Zanini Caldas.
