The space was conceived to be a projects of meeting, movement, and permanence, inspired by the culture, entertainment, and leisure present in the Vida & Arte section of O Povo. Cearense art is at the center of the projects, with a sculpture by Sérvulo Esmeraldo, down to the smallest details of the experience. Even using contemporary construction systems, such as modular metal structures, for the process of a dry work, it reinforces the commitment to sustainability. The project restores the Brazilian modernist reinterpretation of the concept of form and function, with the visual permeability of the facades integrating interior and exterior, bringing the landscape visual as a present element in the experience of the projects.
