In the year celebrating the centenary of Bauhaus, a 52m2 modernist house pays tribute to the school that revolutionized global design and still influences many designers. There are two levels: the ground floor designed as a loft, with an integrated gourmet kitchen and large living room, and the upper terrace, with a supporting gourmet counter, a spacious table, and a sitting area with comfortable chairs. The garden is one of the highlights of the project.
