Among the 28 environments presented, it is worth highlighting the beauty of the couples' bedrooms - essential spaces for the home that stand out for their coziness, comfort and propensity for well-being. In a beautiful tribute to the Tuscany region, with its medieval villages, wineries and bucolic landscapes, Larissa Villaschi 's Italian Loft brings the comfort of living on the peninsula. The bedroom features a predominant use of wood, as well as neutral colors to bring touches of minimalism and modernity. Natural stones, wood, materials and upholstery are all originally from Italy. With an incredible and inspiring view, the Deca Loft designed by Cyane Zoboli is born, a free space full of details that warm the eye. The 110 m² space is marked by carpentry, a trademark of the architect's project, with an extensive muxabi partition that integrates the layout . The spacious space for entertaining and the incredible balcony allow you to contemplate the incredible late afternoon view of the capital of Espírito Santo. The Executive Studio , by Carol Del Piero , combines the highly contemporary concept of studios – where the bedroom, living room and kitchen are integrated – in a single space focused on a female executive. The idea is for the space to be a true refuge, an environment for self-care, with a special focus on the winter garden in the suite. The proposal teaches how to make the most of a small space, without sacrificing design and functionality.

Designing spaces since 2016, architect Ximene Villar is responsible for the Loft Corpo e Morada in the 2023 edition of the show. The project is characterized by the harmonious integration of spaces, creating an atmosphere of connection between the human being and their living space. In the 113 m² of the space, the architect prioritizes the interaction between organic elements and natural materials, such as the refinement of natural rock, the warmth of wood and landscaping with Brazilian plants.
