Back after a hiatus following the pandemic, CASACOR Peru is open with a special edition, which proposes a series of reflections on how we live, work and recreate. The exhibition features 48 environments for connection and dialogue between architecture, design, decoration and well-being, proposed by teams of 60 architects, decorators, landscapers and designers recognized in the national and international markets. This year, the exhibition takes place in four mansions located in the district of Santiago de Surco , on Av. Circunvalación Golf Los Incas, nº 1,000, built in the 1970s and designed by architects Miguel Cruchaga, Ernesto Aramburú, Germán Costa and Lucho Santisteban. For the first time in 25 years, CASACOR Peru postponed two editions of the exhibition – from 2020 and 2021 –, generating a lot of expectation for this year's opening. However, every crisis brings an opportunity to do something new: and this is how the new ideas and paths that follow this year's theme, “ Private Infinity ”, which refers to biographical houses, which go beyond styles, were developed. The theme invites professionals and visitors to reflect on the need to design environments that prioritize physical, mental and spiritualwell-being ; harmony, balance and comfort. Thus, the exhibition presents refuges focused on well-being, where each person can imprint their history, colors, art, furniture, family memories, textures, plants, perfumes, music and participation in it. Check out the CASACOR Peru 2022 environments below!
01/48 -
Karla Chávez and Paula Vecco - Departamento del Huésped. In this ethereal space we were inspired by the Japanese style, where light and the natural landscape are the protagonists; The distribution of furniture helped us with the idea in the bedroom, where the headboard is a large window and nature is the main theme. At sunset, the room will be surrounded by warm natural light to enjoy a movie or read a book, while the mirror reflects you. We don't want our guests to leave without breathing in a little bit of our culture, so we tell them subtly through art pieces and fabrics.

02/48 -
Priscilla Bandy - Dining room. In this project, there is a sense of movement in the space, where light enters, bounces and spreads throughout the room, creating a spacious and vibrant dining room. The geometric shapes represent this dynamism and merge with the organic shapes, creating an interesting contrast in the space. The warm orange tones combined with the wood create a feeling of coziness in the room, while the natural stone is complemented by this enriching mix of materials. The designer wanted the soul of the space to be felt.

03/48 -
Diego Guevara, Eduardo Cabezas and Kathy Cárdenas - Think Out the DOMO. Constant renewal and flexibility are the values that inspired three architecture firms to bring us the avant-garde proposal DOMO, Let's Discover Another Way to Observe. This space is for those who dare to take a step forward in their connection with nature without losing the elegance and comfort they deserve. The design features many geometric shapes that arise from the architecture itself, as well as illuminated lines that are a key point to involve all the pieces in a space that, despite its modernity, does not lose its warmth.
(Iván Pestana)
04/48 -
Gianfranco Loli - Family Kitchen and Salita. The kitchen, the soul of the house; meeting point in the morning for breakfast, during lunch or exchanging jokes during lunch. Next door, the family room invites you to live in. Afternoons of crossword puzzles, reading your favorite novel or enjoying a good cup of tea. An unpretentious proposal that speaks to the architecture of the house, and at the same time has all the comforts for modern life. Spaces where textures, unique pieces, folk art and honest materials mix to achieve that warmth of home that we want to reflect.
(Natalia Queirolo)
05/48 -
Alessandra Mendoza and Bruno Binda - Jardín del Molle and Vivero Taller. Take a break and breathe… Feel the temperature, the sound, the movement, the life and the mystery of this space. Take a deep breath… Take a break and treat yourself to a moment of rest with nature. Life in the proposed landscape dialogues with being and being through crafts and direct contact with organic matter in constant transformation. A vivid reflection of this fourth dimension known as time, where the always natural elements make room for the senses to defend themselves and sharpen perception.
(Iván Pestana)
06/48 -
Diego Olivera and Marcia Lenz - SPA Qhali Kay. Qhali Kay (health and well-being, in Quechua) is a proposal in which we incorporate a healing circuit, where we can free ourselves, meditate and transform ourselves: a swimming pool as the center of the space; prisms and stones that restore the balance of our energy; and a warm color palette invite us to reflect on the scenario of our life: "Take a break for our health and well-being." This is Qhali Kay, a transformative space to heal and feel good.
(Iván Pestana)
07/48 -
Diana Arce - Inhabited Garden. A garden is never finished, it is an eternal evolution. This is built with and by nature, with us being the architects of only a part of it. In this continuous transformation, interactions are multiple, from organisms beneath the earth to visitors on the surface. This space is shared. The Inhabited Garden is for those who live in their essence, like to connect with the landscape and recognize that they are not alone. Those who understand the secret life of the garden respect it. The garden is art, poetry.
(Sergio Fernández Majluf)
08/48 -
Fernando Álvarez - Home Office for Ella and Studio for Él. The architect's vision developed these spaces under two distinct concepts. The home office for her was inspired by an independent woman seeking personal development, a space where the design evokes warmth and closeness. The studio for him was developed for an executive or consultant who has a high impact on the decisions of an organization. It is an atmosphere that evokes concentration and elegance. And between the two spaces, we created a kitchenette with an industrial look that “disconnects” them from work.
(Yara Virreira)
09/48 -
Jimmy Flores - Restaurant CASACOR 25. For this space, we thought of an organic and humanistic concept, suited to the technological and environmental times that our planet is going through. A beautiful collection of olive trees worked in their natural form, incorporated into artistic tables, is on display, bringing together several local artists for this purpose. Likewise, we adapted environments that allow you to simply sit with a tablet on comfortable cushions to enjoy good food. Extrasensory lighting accompanies the fun landscaping based on beautiful lounge tipis that suggest giant lamps.
(Natalia Queirolo)
10/48 -
Eliana Basma - La Cuarta Dimensión. This is the space where the past, present and future live in perfect harmony with our mind, body and soul trilogy, making it our refuge, our altar and our church called “home”. This Fourth Dimension emerges through the design and transformation of spaces, where needs, experiences and experiences; past, present and future; mind, body and soul merge with the trilogies of my work philosophy: design, architecture and technology; aesthetics, harmony and functionality.

11/48 -
Cinthya Arana - Dormitorios de Hermanos. At home we build the most memorable childhood memories and our rooms are havens of peace with which we feel pleasure and attachment when we get home. The younger brother (3 years old) reinforces his autonomy in a room that offers him possibilities to play, rest and learn, while the older brother (15 years old) enjoys his special temple, where the feeling of comfort and love for nature predominates . Personality and functionality without losing the feeling of welcome we feel when we arrive at our homes.

12/48 -
Lizette Miró Quesada and Vera Velarde - Casaflex. As a tribute to all of us who discovered our home as a refuge and learned to combine rest, work, sport and fun in the same place, we designed Casaflex, a functional space capable of giving meaning to our needs. Where landscaping is the key to achieving the perfect balance between functionality and sensory. Your contribution creates a welcoming, natural space with personality.
(Yara Virreira)
13/48 -
Fernando Pérez, Gislle Polar, Pamela Paz - Hub Bar. This is an environment for meeting, resting and integrating with nature. The proposal seeks to transform, innovate and surprise through the combination of various existing architectural elements with industrial materials and vegetation, thus achieving visual harmony in a warm and welcoming environment. A great natural spectacle, which integrates visual details, technology and lighting, invites the public to connect with the space and share in the community.
(Yara Virreira)
14/48 -
Roxana Paniagua, Lorena Piana, Pascual Celis and Cairel Gubbins - El Espacio del Coleccionista. This space serves as a support and articulation for the works of art and design that are part of the XXVII catalogue of the MALI Auction. It consists of two rooms connected by a removable scaffolding that contains a collection of orchids and ceramics. The Cabinet is a research space for the collector, containing an archive of contemporary and regional pieces. The Gallery, on the other hand, is an exhibition space where works of art coexist with elements of design, inspiration and local crafts.
(Sergio Fernández Majluf)
15/48 -
Juan Sebastián Rico - Digital Nature. The slender annular vault is made up of a succession of asymmetrical arches with narrow intradoses, supported on the outside by plumb pillars and on the inside by oblique pillars, forming a toroidal space with a regular cadence. The design of the building's surfaces, both on the outside and inside the complex, is combined with digital art exhibitions and a two-tiered linear garden to create a gallery building with an ever-changing composition.
(Iván Pestana)
16/48 -
Nicole Prutsky and Ro de Rivero - Symbiosis. Years of absorption and creation have led us to understand the importance of rigor, pause and understanding of the present and space. The monochromatic palette as a base is essential and timeless. The result is relaxing, flexible, liberating and deeply contemplative spaces. We achieve this by highlighting the careful selection of pieces and the artists behind them. With an impactful minimalist style, an engaging symbiosis of well-being and satisfaction was achieved, inviting reflection and questioning creativity.
(Natalia Queirolo)
17/48 -
Lina Pastorelli - La Cucina della Nonna. La Nonna is an elegant and cosmopolitan woman; she cooks wonderfully using spices and spirits. She is sensual, seductive and liberal. She knows she can conquer with food and awaken sensations in her lovers. She loves good wine and Mediterranean cuisine, and has secrets that keep her young and beautiful. Transferring the personality of our Nonna to the environment will involve the contrast of contemporary and classic. The tour shows her culinary skills, her passions and her secrets reflected between the kitchen, the cellar and the pantry, thus discovering our Nonna.

18/48 -
Marilú Salcedo - Suite for Two. Nowadays, people's well-being is receiving due and corresponding attention. That is why the "Suite for Two" seeks the correct distribution of the spaces, taking into account the bedroom, the breakfast area, the closet and a bathroom that, together, transmit calm. Peace and comfort are sought through intimate spaces, the external connection, the warmth that is perceived with natural and artificial light. An environment that, thanks to the colors, tones, materials and furniture, becomes an organic design, in the ideal space.
(Yara Virreira)
19/48 -
Fiorella Henríquez - Terraza del Ficus. A terrace open to nature, located under a large ficus tree that is the point of inspiration for this proposal. The design of this terrace evokes a refuge where you seek to connect with nature, experience space and create great moments. The proposal explores the senses through the selection of materials that range from rustic to modern, creating a welcoming and functional environment with organic elements, art and indirect lighting with visual impact that combine with an atmosphere of relaxation and timeless elegance.
20/48 -
Jennifer Junek - Porsche House. The projection of a glass prism surrounded by nature marked the beginning of this adventure. Likewise, the exhibition of the Taycan electric car served as inspiration for the conceptual development of clean, organic lines and furniture for everything related to design. A Porsche House is made up of open, integrated and multifunctional spaces. It is based on light colors, interesting textures, natural materials and lots of greenery. The design brings together four important pillars: sustainability, well-being, luxury and technology.

21/48 -
Roque Saldías - Present and Future. The lobby, main hall, dining room and generously sized terrace celebrate the simplicity of the architectural lines and landscaping. Clear, uncluttered surfaces and brightly colored accents, where each object, piece of furniture and work of art fulfills its function without excess, adding beauty and well-being. These are spaces that are coming together after two years of silence, offering solutions, projecting themselves with freedom, clarity of thought and, above all, serenity.
(Sergio Fernández Majluf)
22/48 -
Erika Zielinski - Sogno Veneziano. During the pandemic, our bedroom was synonymous with lockdown and traveling became a distant reality. But sleeping is dreaming and the world of dreams has no limits. “Sogno Veneziano” invites you to explore Venice through the music of Antonio Vivaldi, have a coffee in the spring, read a book in the summer, get dressed in the fall and wrap up warm in the winter. The space is composed of a palette of neutral tones and natural materials that serve as a backdrop for each of the seasons that are presented in color.
(Iván Pestana)
23/48 -
Andrea Cavassa and Claudia Triveño - Estudio y Huerto de la Chef. Nature, organic elements and textures are combined in this space with a palette of neutral colors and warm woods with intense color strokes and sculptural pieces. The space is sober and invites introspection, the pleasure of simple things and calm time, the essence behind moments that become memorable. Planting and harvesting food to create experiences through food emphasizes the importance of nature, while its beauty is framed from within like a painting.

24/48 -
Elmo Rubio and Orlando Espinoza - Ann Sullivan's Shopping Shelter. The Shopping Shelter was designed to fit into the context of the location, with as little emphasis as possible, due to the open spaces with lots of vegetation. The architecture of the place was respected with brick veneers, wooden ceilings and stone floors, which are basic construction materials. The store's decor offers an eclectic proposal of furniture and ornaments from different styles and periods. On one of the walls, the works of the students themselves stand out, with contemporary paintings that show their innate talent.

25/48 -
Nube Alfaro - Record Hall. Being locked in our homes during the pandemic, some questions arose: am I really the one living in my house? Is there something on the walls that tells my story? Where are those elements that evoke memories? This space is a reinterpretation of our grandparents' living room. Images of family, beliefs and customs, colors, childhood, nature and how the integration of new elements that have become everyday redefine the use of our environment.
(Natalia Queirolo)
26/48 -
Olenka Marquina - A Wine to Despegar and a Café to Fly. Moments of pause, a coffee or a wine, spaces that contrast not only with their effects, but also with the functional design of each environment. It all starts with a small brotherhood dedicated to wine, a welcoming and familiar space with the essence of a good strain and good pairing. A café to take off and your soul to fly in a clear, linear space that, mixed with the aroma of fresh coffee, denotes peace and tranquility in its colors and shapes.
(Iván Pestana)
27/48 -
Kristy Takehara - Jardin Oriental. A minimalist environment influenced by the Japanese philosophy of "Wabi Sabi" that invites meditation while transmitting calm, tranquility and peace. A garden where you can disconnect from the city and contemplate nature from home. In homage to the legacy of my ancestors, I incorporated their bonsai, which represent our tradition and family history. Each one has been worked on for years with great discipline, dedication and perseverance. This living art teaches us about the importance of caring for, being grateful for and respecting nature.
(Iván Pestana)
28/48 -
Micaela Puertas - Weaving Ribbons. There is no stronger bond than that between a mother and her daughter. This space was created as a magical atmosphere that seeks to reflect the warmth of their love while connecting us with our inner child. A perfect environment to share, feel and create memories. The design has as its core a tree that houses her treasures and favorite books. Around it, a beehive swing and a cabin that will be her refuge. The textures, materials and color palette reflect her love for nature and each woven flower represents the infinite connection between them.
(Yara Virreira)
29/48 -
Jessie D'Angelo - Le Cottage. This little cabin is a lakefront vacation retreat that houses a family of four; They seek tranquility and calm on their rest days outside the city. A color palette of blue, green and neutral tones reconnects us surrounded by nature. Materials such as painted wood, wallpaper on ceilings and walls, fabric textures and colors create a feeling of well-being and tranquility within the three environments. This refuge reflects joyful moments spent as a family with our parents, laughter and complicity between siblings, memories that connect the heart to childhood, which give us a feeling of belonging.
(Natalia Queirolo)
30/48 -
Augusto de Cossio and Giannina Namihas - Patio Terraza Interior. Upon entering, we are greeted by a Mediterranean garden intertwined with trees and aromatic species, inviting us to experiment in a very subtle way with our senses to capture a different experience. Inside, we are surprised by the varied natural and tropical species harmoniously distributed in pots. The benefits of environmental quality and particular aesthetics with artistic details are the contributions of this area.
(Yara Virreira)
31/48 -
Porfirio Castro - La Suite Boutique. Feeling good has as an important component the space where we live, but it is often difficult to find one that is tailored to us. The Boutique Suite is a space inspired by today's professional who has the habit of traveling, loves social life and is not attached to permanent work. Porfirio was inspired by several trips where he witnessed how societies are changing. We live in a rapidly changing world and we have to find that new harmony and peace that helps us recharge our energy to go out in public again.
(Yara Virreira)
32/48 -
Augusta Pastor and Santiago Roose - Domestic Ecosystem. We inhabit a fragile but indomitable nature. Nothing lasts, nothing is finished or perfect. Here we created a laboratory that activates the senses, where nature interacts with aseptic elements that value and protect it. The existing issue determines the space and is not decided later. The sterility of the concrete receded into the stone. It is an emotional visit, a bodily experience that invokes touch and memory. Microlandscapes are emerging: incidents with a life of their own that alter human design.
(Natalia Queirolo)
33/48 -
Yesenia Schulz - Latina Chic Bedroom. The inspiration for creating this space was nature, the textures, shapes and colors that surround it. A room designed for a young marketing professional who loves to travel in search of inspiration from different cultures to translate into her work, where she advises companies related to the fashion world. We worked with the rustic chic style, combining elements such as wood, stones and natural fibers to create a cozy environment that invites us to relax, unwind and dream.
(Natalia Queirolo)
34/48 -
Fiorella Milla-León - Infinite Rooms. Our home is our refuge and that is how we conceived it, as a phenomenon of infinity without expiration. We love to celebrate them, to make them ours, within a natural landscape that pampers us and gives us connectivity. Our rooms decorated with furniture from luxury international brands, which Casa 100 represents, provide us with well-being, and the warmth of the lights makes us feel levitated inside the majestic space with imposing ceilings. A hidden space surprises us with an abstract introspective, reminding us that everything transforms into infinite experiences.
(Iván Pestana)
35/48 -
Alois Kennerknecht and María Tupac-Yupanqui - Palm Garden with Vetiver. Vetiver is a grassy plant used in landscaping. Among its many benefits, it controls erosion and recovers desertified soils. It has the ability to store atmospheric CO2. It contributes to the phytoremediation of water and soils contaminated by heavy metals. It restores native flora and fauna. It serves as a hedge and crop protection. It protects railways, roads and bridges. And it is also a raw material for crafts, linings, medicinal oils and perfumery. In short, it is such a generous plant that it deserves to be present in our lives.
(Iván Pestana)
36/48 -
Consuelo Cano, Marlene Bustamante and Samantha Iturrizaga - Hábitat Ecológico and Sostenible | Reception. This space was built with a view to extending the useful life of plastic waste in pursuit of sustainability, where recycled materials are integrated in harmony with nature, with warm and interactive lighting that projects an illusion of roots and trees to generate an immersive experience. This habitat, developed in collaboration with the municipal company of Santiago de Surco, welcomes visitors through its innovative and eco-designed structures, which frame the reception and exhibition area.

37/48 -
Adolfo Francia, Carlos Quiroz and Francois Cam - Estudio del Ceramista. The proposal offers a visual experience based on nature, textures, contrasts; All these details are exposed, materialized in Architecture and Interior Design. The natural environment is part of the interior and takes over the architecture. In this space, the potter is inspired by the plurality of art pieces that celebrate the relationship that the earth has with other elements such as stone, wood and metal. An architectural space, where emotions give rise to new handmade artistic works.
(Iván Pestana)
38/48 -
Ignacio Martínez Argüello - Lecture Room. Adapting is also using what exists and transforming it into its best version. Taking the boiserie and high ceilings as a legacy, the traditional English green is renewed with a joyful contemporary work. The fireplace in the background becomes a meeting point, where new stories intertwine; while light becomes intelligent transforming everything it touches. This space is a free territory to let your imagination run wild. In this place, the chosen elements stimulate creativity, inviting relaxation and contemplation.
(Natalia Queirolo)
39/48 -
Urpi Alosilla - Pukllay Pallana. Art, nature, design and a world that reminds us that the only constant is change. Our studio promotes inspiration; Popular artists are more than a thousand kilometers from Lima, and we must create a space that reflects the spirit of Andean culture. Pukllay Pallana (drawing game, in Quechua) is the space where Andean folk art is inspired by flowers, birds and mountains surrounded by a frame of bright colors. Our designer wants to bring this art to the world and offer her customers, in a modern environment, a unique proposal for ethical, ethnic and sustainable fashion.
(Yara Virreira)
40/48 -
Sergio Fernández Majluf - Ana María's Atelier. This is a small space in size, but big in meaning. It was Ana María Majluf's art workshop, and this project is a tribute to her. Her “atelier”, as she liked to call it, represented her habitat and personal microcosm, where she developed her creativity accompanied by her materials, books and music with which she lived during days of reflection in the search for herself and the creation of her art. . Rethinking my mother's creative space has been an opportunity to understand its meaning, interpret it and celebrate it.
(Sergio Fernández Majluf)
41/48 -
Gonzalo Herrera - The Garden of "Life". A dynamic and changing space, created with contradictory elements, juxtaposing wild and exotic plants that are traversed by a winding path, delimited by edges made of renewable materials. Large pots shelter and give a second chance to fruit trees rescued from urban expansion and changes in cultivation. A rustic area for rest and contemplation connects with the home's vegetable garden space. An orderly, planned and purposeful garden, embraced by the existing architecture.
(Natalia Queirolo)
42/48 -
Luis Escobar - Veterinary Refuge. Architecture is the starting point for anyone who wants to lead humanity towards a better future. The change in our relationship with our home challenges us to value spaces and adapt them to new needs. A refugee veterinarian in a small village, he rescues the past while respecting noble materials, giving it modernity and light comfort. You will enjoy the outdoor space more, all adapted to the new normality and teleworking. He will no longer be the same as before, he has evolved and so have we.
(Ivan Pestana)
43/48 -
Daniel Raygada - Versace Lobby. In the Versace Lobby we have materialized a concept never before seen in Peru, achieving the magical symbiosis between Italian elegance and the colors of nature, transforming the space into a mix of luxury and mysticism. The subtlety of beige and the imposing green recall Gianni Versace's home: the beaches of Calabria; while the bathroom becomes an ode to Donatella's femininity and strength to continue her legacy, seeing herself reflected in the resilience of the Greek jellyfish and the elegance of European gold.
(Yara Virreira)
44/48 -
Margarita Bracamonte and Renzo Del Castillo - Santuarios de Nuestra Era. These are different times. The idea of normality has changed and is here to stay. Public space seeks modernity with safe and sustainable environments, thanks to the indispensable use of technology. The concept of public bathrooms is renewed as a sanctuary and offers the comfort, identity and intimacy that we seek after a long phase of isolation with warm, clean colors and materials inspired by the majestic era of the Lady of the Dog. A museum space, where tradition and functionality coexist, so necessary in our days.
(Iván Pestana)
45/48 -
Claudia Weis - La Cocina del Empreendedor Peruano. If we close our eyes, we will remember what connects us to the taste of our home. That comfort of our kitchens, where we heal our loved ones with pots and pans. Today, we can say that spaces have undergone mutations and now respond to new things, to changes in our routine and in our homes. Our project will allow us to show new paths for new routines in accordance with this reality that, combined with our Peruvian culture and charm, will take us on a journey of great sensations.
(Iván Pestana)
46/48 -
Gabriela Fariña - Welcome Floral. It is a flowery corridor that welcomes the CASACOR Peru public. The piece has a reed base on which rest dried flowers with intense colors characteristic of the Peruvian highlands, fuchsias, reds, oranges, red molle and chapla leaves in tones inspired by the Ausangate mountain. His work combines the simplicity of Japanese minimalism with a playful explosion of Andean colors. Fariña uniquely fuses the style of two different arts and aesthetics, but by making them coexist, they complement each other, highlight their own beauties and result in a harmonious artistic dialogue.
(Yara Virreira)
47/48 -
Fiorella Consiglieri - Being Intimate. Being Intimate is a place of refuge that promotes connection with oneself. This environment was created for a jewelry designer who travels the world seeking to connect with the past, with the origins of human beings, who likes to know and explore different cultures and ethnicities. The Intimate Room is a flexible, modern and conceptual space that invites comfort and creates a bridge with lived experiences, allowing the inspiration that this designer needs to create her next collections to emerge.
(Natalia Queirolo)
48/48 -
Huygens Bravo - Malted and Fermented. A space with an industrial, modern and innovative concept that combines elements and materials related to the malting and fermentation process of beer, from the raw material to the tasting of the product. The fusion of textures, colors, printed graphics, materials such as stainless steel, iron, wood and lighting create a surreal atmosphere that seeks to involve the visitor, making him/her a figurative participant in the beer manufacturing process until its completion. and fun environment.
(Natalia Queirolo)
As in recent years, the exhibition focuses on a priority theme: sustainabilityand respect for nature in all its essence , pillars of the 2022 edition. In this way, the environments are full of open windows and doors , proposing a new path with greater awareness.
