CASACOR Pernambuco 2023 will be held from
September 22 to November 5, 2023 at the
Chanteclair Building , in Bairro do Recife, one of the most important architectural landmarks in the city, which enchanted visitors to the event last year. In this edition,
26 projects are signed by young talents and renowned names in Brazilian architecture and design, chosen by the multidisciplinary eye of the curators – who always seek to reveal different styles, perspectives and experiences.
Check out all the spaces below! The exhibition occupies the
ground floor and
mezzanine of Chanteclair, with spaces ranging from bedrooms, living rooms, kitchens, lofts and studios, as well as restaurant, bar, café, bookstore, popular and contemporary art gallery,
exclusive CASACOR store in social collaboration with Casa Zero and Refazenda – in addition to ceramic pieces by O Studio Faz, created exclusively for the store, and linen napkins by Nulinho, also made for the occasion. There is also the Recentro Square, in the outdoor area.

Visitors can see the work of the
newcomers : Plier Architects (Fernanda Didier and Luísa Duarte), Tarcísio Dantas, FV Architects (Felipe Valadares and Neto), Nuit Architecture (Maria Celina Ferreira) and Duna Architecture (Madu Batista and Fernanda Pontes).

The theme for 2023 is “
Body and Home ” – an understanding of the home as an extension of the body. “Anyone who visits CASACOR this year will notice this
relationship between human beings and their bodies and homes, how both intersect and complement each other ,” describes
Gabriela Coutinho , one of the directors of CASACOR Pernambuco.
