The "Brazilian way" takes on a new meaning when we talk about the renovation designed by architects
Rogério Gurgel and Caio d'Alfonso . One of the central elements was a glass and concrete pool, which creates a unique design inside.
In a beautiful
, spacious penthouse located in the Itaim neighborhood of São Paulo, the experts made a series of changes, adopting new materials and furniture to make the space more sophisticated. The interior features colors and textures that combine elegance and comfort, such as the beautiful
velvety carpet in shades of blue - which harmonizes very well with the pool on the top floor.
Industrial style
The adopted style can be considered a "
new industrial ", in this style the architects combined elements such as exposed concrete, wood and steel with soft and comfortable furniture pieces. An example of this is the
steel staircase that integrates perfectly with the
granite countertop and the
living room .
The living room, in turn, follows an industrial look with
bricks on the wall and leather on the sofa to complete this rustic atmosphere, yet very modern and welcoming. Another very strong feature of the style is the
integration of spaces and the use of exposed concrete throughout.
Privileged lighting
The
pool on the upper floor is able to
filter the sunlight and allow the rays to enter the living room in a soft manner, arousing the curiosity of the resident and their visitors.
Outside, the leisure area that houses the pool surprises with a beautiful vertical garden designed by
Letícia Bonomi . In addition to the vegetation, a wooden deck that leads to the pool brings a welcoming touch and reinforces the natural aspect of the project.
