The owner of this apartment is from Brasília, but spends most of the week in São Paulo. In other words, when he called architect Patricia Martinez to create this project, he had one request in mind:
the São Paulo home could not look temporary or like a work hotel - especially since the property is in the same complex as his office. The owner wanted a cozy place that also had space to welcome his family.

The professional then chose to use
wood to make the spaces welcoming -
the material, in fact, appears in every room of the apartment . The idea is to create a central box that mimics the other spaces: the doors to the two bedrooms, central area and toilet are camouflaged in the walls.

On the balcony, the sofa with a movable backrest and a living room with four armchairs connect with the internal area and also create reading spaces with views of the city.

In the master
bedroom , the closet with sliding doors optimizes the use of space. The
bathroom is integrated by a built-in sliding door and the closet has biometric access to ensure security.
