The project has as its central point a floor plan in an "L" shape, which refers to the traditional inner courtyards of Portuguese architecture. This layout enhances the integration between interior and exterior, highlighting the jabuticaba tree of the house and providing spatial fluidity and a revival of the coexistence with the outdoors — a gesture of welcome and contemplation.
