The largest and most comprehensive platform for architecture, interior design, and landscaping in the Americas
To promote experiences that inspire, move, and help make choices that lead to a lifestyle in tune with the spirit of the time.
To be the most relevant cultural platform in the fields of architecture, design, and art for connections between brands, professionals, and the public in an international context.
Founded in July 1987 in São Paulo as an annual decoration show, CASACOR has transformed over the years into the largest and most comprehensive platform for architecture, interior design, and landscaping in the Americas. It currently gathers, in addition to the São Paulo event, 17 national franchises and two international ones – Peru and Bolivia.
Since the beginning, the essence has remained: architects, interior designers, and landscapers are invited to exercise their creative freedom and create inspirational environments. Starting in 2023, the show also invites artists to express their affinity with the theme of the year through installations.
The event started as itinerant, occupying houses for sale in different neighborhoods of São Paulo. Iconic buildings in the city, such as the Cinemateca Brasileira and the Hospital Matarazzo, also hosted editions of the exhibition. In 2006, CASACOR São Paulo settled at the Jockey Club, where it stayed until 2019, when it returned to the nomadic model: it passed through the Parque Mirante, from Allianz Parque (2021), Conjunto Nacional (2022-2024), and in 2025, it will arrive at Parque da Água Branca.
The mission of promoting experiences that inspire, move, and help make choices that lead to a lifestyle in tune with the spirit of the time guides all our activities. But CASACOR goes beyond influencing how people live: we are a platform capable of giving visibility to brands and products, as well as providing relationships and connections. We are a laboratory for trends and innovation, always committed to discovering new talents. We signal guidelines for relevant players in various segments of the market (from banks to the automotive industry), who recognize our reach and the quality of the audience we reach.
In 2016, the event took on the commitment to achieve sustainability goals (discover our actions). In addition, CASACOR has extended its scope to other areas. 'We want to provoke, stimulate, and provide new knowledge, and help our audience make the best decisions, both regarding architecture and interior design, as well as in art, fashion, gastronomy, and even inspiring travels. All in tune with the spirit of the time we live in,' says André Secchin, CEO of CASACOR.
With thematic shows since 2015, including: 'Brazilianism' (2015), 'Focus on the Essential' (2017), 'Planet House' (2019), and most recently 'Present, the Now' (2024), CASACOR has been consolidating its legacy by relating lifestyle and socio-environmental responsibility in a consistent, coherent, and continuous way, while always surprising the audience, sponsors, and other involved brands in each new edition.
