A brunch held on Tuesday, the 26th, by
Deca , master sponsor of
CASACOR Rio , opened the day of celebrations at
Residência Brando Barbosa , where the 31st edition of the Rio de Janeiro show is taking place. Participating professionals met with journalists and guests at the now traditional
preview , and were welcomed by
Marina Crocomo (Dexco Marketing Director),
Fabiana Guerra de Melo (Dexco Communications and CRM Manager) and
Fatima Barnabé (Dexco Events Coordinator). During the event, during the exclusive visit, the highlight was the
SPA DECA , designed by
Diego Raposo and
Manuela Simas , a space designed to present design to be seen and experienced fully, with a focus on well-being to create sensory memories. In addition to this, Deca is present at the show in
20 other spaces designed by young and renowned talents, with launches and established lines of the brand. In special coverage, the brand ambassadors,
Nathalia Candelária and
Matheus Ilt, presented the
highlights of the edition.
In the afternoon, it was time for the
official opening cocktail party for the show for shopkeepers, architecture, interior design and landscaping professionals who had participated in previous editions, and different
players in the decoration market. All invited by Patricias,
Mayer and
Quentel , partners who have been running the Rio de Janeiro version of
CASACOR for 31 years. Throughout the day, the food was provided by
Cooking Buffet , by
Adriana Mattar and
Ana Cecília Gros , who also run the entire gastronomic operation this year, which includes a restaurant, wine bar,
salad bar , drinks bar and , for the first time, a pizzeria at night.
During the gathering, guests were also able to see, first-hand, the
45 environments and trends presented this year by
43 teams of professionals , including architects, interior designers and landscapers, who transformed the palatial house into a
cultural institute with rooms designed to receive guests, a guesthouse and external studios, created in metal housing modules that promise to be one of the sensations of this edition. Just like last year,
CASACOR Rio will be hybrid, with an in-person version, which can be visited from
April 27 to June 26 ; and another digital version with
3D tours available on the website
www.casacor.com.br . Check out Ari Kaye's photos of who attended the official opening:
