In times of greater seclusion at home, the desire for contact with nature is increasing. This trend did not go unnoticed by
CASACOR Paraná 2021 – at least not in the eyes of the trio
Ary Polis Jacobs ,
Bianca Moraes and
Renan Mutao . Leading the project called "
Loft with Balcony ", the group of professionals intends to celebrate Brazilianness and outdoor life with this loft where pieces by local designers and artists predominate.

"This space is a
private universe , where everything that is precious to us fits, as if it were a reliquary that welcomes and presents fragments of our life in a simple and elegant way", reveals Renan Mutao, interior designer and partner of Ary Polis Jacobs. and Bianca Moraes at
Studio Architetonika Nomad .

In its second participation in the architecture, design and decoration exhibition, the office presents a 120 m² space marked by
contemporary style, signature Brazilian furniture and a cozy atmosphere .

The social area
includes an entrance hall, kitchen with bar and wine cellar, living room and balcony , in a proposal that prioritized the
living areas and kept the multiple utility range for the environments open. With a stripped-down interior architecture, the space gains lines pure and natural materials that exude modernity without losing the intimate tone. The absence of physical barriers also allowed the
signature Brazilian design pieces to stand out, as well as enabling the internal and external areas, where there is a beautiful open-air garden, to become one. In the living area, the highlight is the Seixos trays, from
Zanquê .

The loft's highlight, the
open-air balcony is an invitation to good times. A paradise for lovers of green spaces, the space is located in the heart of the loft and is responsible for flooding the interior areas with natural light. Furthermore, the
exposed brick wall , the most basic of building materials, provides timelessness and maintains a frank relationship between visitors and the built space, diversifying the palette of materials.

The studio's signature,
curated decorative objects and works of art could not be left out of the project , bringing in pops of color that contrast with the burnt cement effect of the walls and the brushed and polished granite floor. Highlights include the objects found at Oda Design , which contextualize the essence of the Loft.

In the social area, reading time becomes even more inviting with the
Fardos armchair , by Ricardo Fasanello studio. The spaces gain an extra touch of comfort with the handmade tapestry by
Botteh Handmade Rugs, which also helps to delimit the spaces.

The finishing touch is the
wine cellar hidden under a generous illuminated bar , placed next to the dining table so that drinks can always be great accompaniments.

In the intimate area, the bed made especially for the project stands out due to the lightness of its
seamless covering , as well as the sheets in an antique pink tone. With the aim of
bringing comfort to users in a home that feels like a house, the Loft with Balcony is the translation of the new times. The proposal, despite being simple, is executed in a masterful way. Timeless, the project full of style does not leaves nothing missing, combining style, practicality and well-being in a single environment.
