Inspired by the diversity and joy of the carnivals, concerts and New Year's Eve parties that marked the Othon Green Area, the architect divided the space into two main areas: a space for contemplation and an area with a natural pool. The landscape composition highlights native species, adapted to the local climate. Designed around a lake with carp, the square has an urban bamboo grove with more than 500 bamboo trees, up to five meters high, creating a perfect environment for observation and relaxation. It also offers exclusive furniture, inspired by Brazilian fauna and flora, designed by Tidelli Outdoor Living. The project is a pioneer in the adoption of environmental consulting since its conception, with the support of Green Edifica. The strategies and actions were designed to encourage more sustainable practices.
