Originally from Paraná, Guilherme Torres manages his own studio, based in São Paulo, dedicated to architecture, interior design and furniture design projects. By moving between new technologies and vernacular knowledge, the architect seeks to value artisanal elements and sustainable construction techniques in his signature projects. In addition to exploring the interplay of light and shadow, he also always keeps an eye on nature in his work. Prioritizing surprise and innovation are two other aspects that reveal his unique ability to transform ordinary materials into extraordinary ones. This bold approach to the design of various works - be they residences, real estate developments or even hotels - dialogues with monumentality, not present in scale, but, according to the office, as a gesture, reflection and the final connotation of a space.
