More than just an environment, the Patio del Encuentro , by Juan Sebastián Rico, at CASACOR Peru 2017 , presents visitors with the importance of preserving and certifying wood, as well as inviting the public to reflect on sustainability.

The artistic installation consists of five pentagonal pyramids that orbit in a circular garden, joined at the base, and defy gravity. Each sculpture emits light and sound, interacting with the visitor who occupies each one of them, also providing a place of rest and relaxation. relaxation.

All the wood used in the space was certified by the Forest Stewardship Council – FSC and had the support of the Centros de Innovación Productiva y Transferencia Tecnológica – CITE.
