CASACOR Peru is celebrating its 30th anniversary, celebrating the evolution of design and architecture in the country. Since its inception, the exhibition has been a laboratory of ideas where creativity and functionality converge, presenting visions of new ways of living.

This year, the event will take place in a space of great historical and architectural value: the Victor Larco Herrera Pavilion, located within the Pérez Araníbar Childcare Center. This imposing building, of classical architecture and spacious areas, offers an unparalleled setting for experimentation and dialogue between the past and the future of design. Its structural grandeur and its history make it the perfect backdrop for the celebration of this 30th anniversary, where heritage architecture and contemporary proposals merge into a transformative experience.

For this edition, the event will feature more than 40 projects distributed across an area of 7,000 m2. Among the projects are lofts, studios, commercial stores, a restaurant, café, bar, bookstore, and jewelry store. More than 50 design and architecture professionals will be responsible for the setting of the venue, celebrating 30 years of CASACOR Peru with innovative and avant-garde proposals.
