The 27th edition of the event in the State will be held from May 9 to June 23 and will have as its theme De Presente, o Agora

The former Athletics gym will be the new home for the 27th edition of CASACOR Goiás, which begins on May 9. The address in the hustle and bustle of the Bueno Sector will house 37 spaces designed by 56 architecture, design and landscaping professionals. This year's theme is De Presente, o Agora .

Between May 9th and June 23rd , the public will be able to visit the exhibition that brings solutions on how to live well, technological innovations and the latest news on the market for finishes, coverings, furniture, lighting, landscaping, among others.

Once again, CASACOR Goiás has a cast made up of young talents and renowned names from the State of Goiás, who created spaces inspired by the theme From Present to Now , reinforcing the importance of thinking, more than ever, about the legacy we want to leave on the planet.

The Exhibition discusses the importance of making people see the city as a living and pulsating mechanism, in constant transformation. It is a manifesto that proposes an immersion in the cultural biodiversity of the country, in the beauty of our origin, made of resilience, joy and enchantment, points out Pedro Ariel, curator of CASACOR.

For Eliane Martins and Sheila Podestá, franchisees of CASACOR Goiás, the new location is in line with the theme of the exhibition. By revitalizing this nostalgic place, CASACOR is not only celebrating the past, but also inviting society to contemplate the present. By uniting the history of the old Athletics gym with the provocative theme of the exhibition, De Presente, o Agora , an invitation for visitors to slow down and reaffirm CASACOR's commitment to revitalizing iconic spaces, connecting in a special way with the essence of the city, says Eliane Martins.

Among the novelties of CASACOR Goiás 2024, which is recognized as the largest and most complete architecture, interior design and landscaping exhibition in the Americas, is the participation of chef Lucas Duarte at the helm of Famu, one of the city's favorite restaurants on the gastronomic scene and one of the highlights of the already renowned Grupo Íz, by chef Ian Baiocchi, which will be the official restaurant of the exhibition.

With a creative menu based on both Asian and North American influences, as well as highly selected ingredients, the spot is also known for its delicate desserts. The drinks menu also carries the influence of the cuisine, in a minimalist, modern style, with ingredients characteristic of Asian cuisine, valuing the original part.

Inspired by the vibrant hearts of Tokyo, New York and Hong Kong, the restaurant invests in translating timeless Asian traditions, creating a fusion between fine dining and casual, where sophistication meets simplicity with ease. From the frenzy of signature cocktails to the serenity and elegance of the sushi bar, Famu offers a universe of gastronomic possibilities that delight and provoke the most demanding palates.

The coffee is signed by Il Café, run by chef Cinara Matteucci. The menu at CASACOR Goiás will be exclusive, with new appetizers, starters, main courses, and desserts. For coffee lovers, there will be new methods, such as the shypon and the Clever dripper. In addition, the establishment, which is designed as a bistro café, will offer drinks and a wine and sparkling wine list.

The 27th edition of CASACOR Goiás has the master sponsorship of DECA, Banco Oficial BRB and Tinta oficial CORAL. Local support is provided by SAGA BYD, CHESP, official security TECNOSEG, official hotel CASTRO S HOTEL, internet ULTRA TELECOM and official buffet HANNA BUFFET.

Expectation

Last year's show had considerable numbers. During its 57 days, the event received more than 29 thousand visitors. CASACOR 2023 had 36 environments in an area of 7 thousand square meters of built area, 59 professionals in the cast, in addition to more than 600 thousand professionals involved and 114 participating companies. Sheila Podestá says that the expectation is to surpass last year's numbers in the 2024 show.

We work to ensure that the numbers are always growing. So the expectation is to have an increase starting from the 2023 numbers. This year we are changing our address a little, moving to an iconic place, in the heart of the Bueno sector, a place where practically every generation tells the story of that place. I consider the sum, the people who are coming, the people who are delivering with us, only makes the development grow and so does this expectation, explains Sheila de Podestá.
