Rustic and sophisticated, the balcony has a floor made of iron ore and a color palette that ranges between gray, blue, yellow, and corten steel. The wall of the mansion was covered with rebar mesh in an "L" shape, over which there is a practical electric retractable awning. Flanked by vertical gardens, water blades run down the wall covered with 3D cement panels. Highlights include the soapstone fireplace, sofas, and armchairs made of nautical ropes, as well as many works of art.
