Rafa Zampini - Casa Almar. The result of years of research, Rafa Zampini's 36 m² bungalow is a modular, demountable tiny house-style home solution. Sustainable by design, the project embraces concepts such as wabi-sabi and minimalism, translated into neutral textures and colors, to suggest a light and uncomplicated way of living, focused on well-being. The aluminum structure covered in reclaimed wood gives shape to the integrated suite and living room, kitchen and bathroom, as well as a balcony with bathtub and shower. This is the architect's debut at CASACOR.

“We respected the historical and architectural importance of Conjunto Nacional, adapting our project to preserve the structure of the property, such as raising the modular system to protect the original slab, for example", comments the architect.

The professional was inspired by the concept of wabi sabi decoration to conceptualize the architectural project, betting on intentional imperfection and the effect of time to reflect on natural beauty and the aging process.
