Romero Duarte , from Pernambuco, became interested in architecture as a child, fascinated by the drawings and models of his older sister, architect Maria do Loreto, who was working at the office of Janete Costa (1932-2008). After graduating in the field, he opened his own office dedicated to architecture and interior design, based in Recife, where he has led a team of creatives for over 30 years. In his signature projects, Romero always seeks to translate the desires and dreams of his clients in a unique way, valuing the regional aspects of the places where he works, in addition to extolling Brazilian craftsmanship and design.
