With a degree in Architecture and Urbanism from the Universidade do Vale do Rio dos Sinos and an MBA in Business Management from Faculdade Getúlio Vargas (FGV), Lídia Maciel, from Rio Grande do Sul, founded her office in 2009, alongside her siblings, administrator Leandro Maciel and lawyer Laura Maciel. Since then, she has stood out for her interiors with contemporary aesthetics and timeless appeal, always inspired by modernist ideals by establishing a fine-tuned dialogue between art and design. Based in Porto Alegre, the architect has participated in the CASACOR Rio Grande do Sul and CASACOR São Paulo exhibitions.
