Genésio Maranhão and Marcos Queiroz - Restaurant. Operated by Juá, the establishment is marked by Brazilianness, with a menu consisting of typical foods from different regions and furniture inspired by the country's nature. The professionals' greatest challenge was to develop a space with comfortable architecture inside ten containers: glass, volume, lighting and thermal comfort were some of the bets for the space, which has 68 seats. The roof of the central part is retractable, so that there is air renewal. (Edgard César)
