Estudio Guto Requena - Casa LG ThinQ. Em parceria com o estúdio Pax.Arq, o projeto open-source de fabricação digital une design, arte, tecnologia e sustentabilidade em uma casa conectada com o futuro. Construída com chapas de compensado naval de pinus, usinadas em máquina CNC e montada por encaixes que permitem uma obra limpa, rápida e sem resíduos. The year 2021 was marked as the year in which CASACOR São Paulo returned to being itinerant: after a long season at the Jockey Club, the 34th edition of the show took place at Parque Mirante , a multipurpose event space attached to the Arena Allianz Parque. The theme “ The Original House ” was displayed in 56 environments , including houses, apartments and lofts, designed by the main names in Brazilian architecture. Around 80 thousand visitors visited the exhibition, which was fully prepared to comply with health protocols and guarantee the physical integrity of everyone. during the pandemic.

In 2021, the brand also achieved the first Zero Waste Certification from CASACOR São Paulo - referring to the 2019 edition, which had 99.2% waste reuse. Last year, of the 674 tons of waste generated, 99.7% was diverted from landfills, being reused or recycled .
