Halfway between Barra Grande and Preá and a sail from Tatajuba,
Fazenda Moréias is located in Camocim, Ceará, and is made up of one of the largest private dune parks in Brazil, 70 km from Jericoacoara airport.
There are 8 km of beaches in almost 20 million m² of preserved area that give a clue about the profile of architecture and design that those who visit Moréias will find:
a conscious architecture, for a sustainable business that is connected to the local ecosystem. And, most importantly, one that preserves biodiversity and existing nature:
10 of Ceará's 16 biomes are present in its 2 thousand hectares. A cohesive team has worked to create spaces that respect the surroundings and the local community. The bungalows were designed by
Carlos Motta, Gui Mattos and
DEF Projetos ; the urban design was by DEF Projetos; the village and one of the restaurants were designed by
Daniel Fromer ; another restaurant was designed by
Mariana Schimidt (partner at
MNMA Studio ); and the interior design was by
Marina Linhares and
Paulo Alves .
The landscaping was designed by
Rodrigo Oliveira Paisagismo and
Ymbu , and the project was consulted by
Zizi Carderari , one of the creators of the Sertões project, who brought her sensitive perspective to Moréias in this first phase of implementation.
Anyone who wants to visit Fazenda Moréias can experience this in one of the most beautiful ecosystems in the world by staying in one of the four bungalows already built, with architecture by Carlos Motta.
