Designed by the
IN HOUSE Arquitetura e Design de Interiores office, led by partners
Andréa Bugarib and Betina Barcellos , this project's main objective was to completely integrate the
country house with nature, providing comfort and
sustainability .
Furthermore, the
510 m² residence was designed to reflect a
peaceful country lifestyle , away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Located in São Roque (SP), all its rooms have contact with the outside view and an integrated layout that favors receptions in the living, dining,
kitchen and deck areas with barbecue and swimming pool.
The house has three suites and was built to minimize earth movement on the lot, respecting the topography and preserving the surrounding landscape.
The choice of a steep plot of land was due to the privileged view of the condominium's golf course. The discreet façade, integrated into the uneven terrain, offers residents visual and acoustic privacy
. It is interesting to note that the boomerang-shaped layout gave rise to the project's name and allowed for dynamics and integration into the terrain. The brick cladding provides warmth and durability.
Abundant
natural light and cross ventilation eliminate the need for air conditioning in the living room and promote a healthy and comfortable environment. Wooden louvers, which in addition to providing privacy, add sophistication and dynamism to indoor environments, creating interaction between light and nature.
The
burnt cement floor with tiled pagination provides a rustic, artisanal finish, reinforcing the welcoming atmosphere of the country house.
Sustainable solutions, including
photovoltaic panels, solar heating, use of reforested wood, use of rainwater and septic tank treatment , guarantee energy efficiency and reduced environmental impact.
