Roberto Migotto is one of those professionals who always pays attention to every detail and never loses focus on the client. A master in the art of combining contemporary design with period pieces, he always knew he wanted to be an architect and, since he was a child, he played with volumes on his grandfather's farm in Taubaté (SP). Renowned for his ability to create timeless environments with a fusion of styles, his projects feature a play on volumes and lines and emphasize the connection between internal and external spaces. Achieving what is called “living well” is the central objective of his work in
architecture . This versatile essence and his authorial style can be seen in the book that will be launched on March 16th at B&B Italia.
Published and distributed by
Zeta Editora , the book comes in a box covered in Assuan fabric, composed of silk, by Guarro Casas, manufactured in Milan by
Seveso – containing two volumes.
In the book ONE, the 400 pages reveal 19 architecture and interior design projects with the best ideas for houses and apartments proposed by the professional throughout his career. The impeccable carpentry, the extreme care with the finish, the versatility in creating classic spaces and contemporary environments are the highlights.
The book DOIS brings together 14 interior design projects and decoration exhibitions such as CASACOR over 240 pages, which highlight the choices and all the creativity and versatility of the architect. "When it comes to residential projects, I can say that my office produces projects measuring 160 m² or 9,000 m². Whether a space is large or small, it is my arena for action and orchestration, always with the same goal in mind: life there should be good and comfortable. In the case of exhibitions, these are occasions where the architect is also the client, has freedom and can propose completely new ideas, a true exercise of the profession", he explains.
Without worrying about chronological order, the graphic design is by Migotto himself with the support of architects
Ricardo Minelli and Sylvio Neri .
