CASACOR São Paulo 2021 will be like no other. In the year in which the
event returns to being itinerant , the largest and most recognized exhibition of architecture, decoration, design and landscaping in the Americas heads to a new address in the capital of São Paulo: the newest space of multipurpose events in Latin America,
attached to the Arena Allianz Parque, Parque Mirante . “
CASACOR is going to do what most people would have liked to do during this pandemic:
change homes . We will say goodbye to a fixed address and return to a nomadic life,
traveling and exploring new spaces in the city ,” explains
Livia Pedreira , president of CASACOR. CASACOR Board of Trustees. The premiere is scheduled for the second half of this year,
from September to November . On that occasion, more than
9,000 m² of built area will be presented, with the creation of 60 environments , including houses, apartments and lofts, by the main names in Brazilian architecture. The exhibition will occupy, in addition to the
rooftop , with a privileged view of Pico do Jaraguá, another floor of the building.
The cast of CASACOR São Paulo
This year, the theme to be explored by the cast is “
The Original House ”. The inspiration for the concept came even before the pandemic that locked us at home and imposed
new reflections on contemporary living . The theme promotes a series of reflections, above all because of the desire to return to one's origins, to seek ancestry and the necessary
balance between past and future . There is still a lot of suspense about the cast of architects, interior designers and landscapers who will be part of the edition, but
two names have already been confirmed . One of them is a veteran of
CASACOR Goiás – and has the privilege of having participated in
all the editions of the show, since 1997. The other name is of a young talent who is participating for the third time in CASACOR São Paulo, recognized for his

Leo Roman
Throughout his career, he has received numerous awards, including more than one edition of the Deca Award and the Casa Claudia Award 2011 .
At 50 years old, Leo Romano
is participating in CASACOR São Paulo for the fifth time . In addition, the architect has a long history with
CASACOR Goiás , being the
only professional to participate in all editions of the show in Goiânia . He was also part of the cast of 14 editions of
CASACOR Brasília and the first
CASACOR Miami . The professional has participated in CASACOR more than 40 times and this year was invited by
Deca to create a space dedicated to the brand.
Melina Romano
The motto “
attention and care for detail ” guides the projects signed by
Melina Romano . Graduated in Interior Design with a specialization in Furniture from the Accademia Italiana di Firenze, the professional has been at the helm of Melina Romano Interiores since 2007. Her portfolio includes residential projects , commercial and hotel.
The designer's style is characterized by her appreciation of originality, her delving into striking tones and
her contemporary style . In 2018, she debuted at the São Paulo exhibition with the “
Estúdio Trama ” space. At just 36 years old, Melina is part of the
