CASACOR Pernambuco 2022 is scheduled to open on October 15th and will run until December 4th at the Chanteclair Building , in Bairro do Recife, one of the most important architectural landmarks in the city. For this edition, 25 offices of young talents and names Renowned Brazilian architects and designers were invited by the exhibition's curators to reveal a variety of styles and trends. The event's masterplan was created by Rio de Janeiro architect Mario Costa Santos . The projects will occupy the ground floor and mezzanine of Chanteclair – and will range from apartments, studios, lofts , wellness islands, squares and restaurant operations, a bar, café, designer eyewear store and even a Model Square.

This year's theme is " Infinite Particular " and refers to biographical homes that go beyond styles, inviting us to reflect on the need to design environments that prioritize physical, mental and spiritual well-being, harmony, balance and comfort. .

From Santa Casa de Misericórdia, the Chanteclair Building is ceded to Realesis Empreendimentos, manager of the Paço Alfândega Complex. Built in the first quarter of the 20th century, the building is a highlight of the monumental ensemble formed by the eclectic-style buildings of the Recife neighborhood, listed by the National Institute of Historical and Artistic Heritage – IPHAN. It is characterized by the volumetric and decorative treatment of six properties, in a single volume, occupying the block formed by Av. Marquês de Olinda, Rua da Madre de Deus, Vigário Tenório and Cais da Alfândega , Recife-PE.
