On July 13th, CASACOR São Paulo promoted a special dinner for those who love Japanese cuisine and truffles. At the meeting, Tartuferia San Paolo – run by Lalo Zanini – provided a tasting in partnership with southern chef Cleber Vital, at Casa do Chef . Entirely dedicated to gastronomy, the space has welcomed guest chefs and restaurants since its opening, such as Tartuferia, which is present as one of the official restaurants at the architecture and decoration event.Lalo and Cleber developed a special menu that combines the excellence of Japanese cuisine with the sophistication of truffles, offering a unique flavor. The tasting - also known as Omakase in Eastern culture, which represents the act of letting the chef choose the best options for the customer - consists of ten dishes, which were paired with wines and gluten-free craft beer, all from the importer Grand Cru, and even specialty teas from the Tea Shop.
