CASACOR Brasília 2016 was the stage for a special dinner this Wednesday (5). The Refúgio Gourmet space, designed by André Alf, received more than 50 guests in a lively meeting, held by Dom Gabriel, in partnership with Level Acabamentos .
The dinner was designed by architect André Alf, who designed the functional space and was inspired by people who, like him, love to cook for friends and appreciate art and design to create the environment. “One of my greatest pleasures is creating recipes and prepare dishes inspired by my emotional references. We want to create gastronomic moments in the events that we will hold in the space”, says the professional. The menu consisted of Carreteiro accompanied by the Chef's salad with the Petit Gateau dessert. In addition, the entire evening was fueled with Pipocas Blê.
