The powers of nature are more than welcome in many areas, especially when it comes to health and well-being . When designing environments, there is much talk about the advantages of using species to purify the air and attract positive energy, but, in addition to this, there are also many plants with medicinal powers that are highly recommended for the home. It has a calming and expectorant effect , which also contributes to the treatment of flu. Cultivation is quite simple: it does not require much space and adapts to different climatic conditions . Ideally, it should be placed in an environment with plenty of sunlight.

Boldo is one of the most famous herbal plants that can be used to prevent or even treat diseases. It has diuretic, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties , which help in the treatment of diseases such as gastritis. To plant, full sun and water are enough to care for and have the species at home.

Aloe vera can be grown in large pots with holes to release water flow. The preference is for a well-drained soil with soil, sand and fertilizer.

The most common use of cinnamon is to treat inflammation , such as sore throats, but there are studies that indicate its effectiveness in preventing cardiovascular diseases, cancer and diabetes. Cinnamon requires a complex cultivation process, ideally you should have a space – even a small garden in the garden – to plant it. In addition, it is important to protect the seeds from sunlight and to always keep the soil fertilized.
