“The clients asked for easy-to-maintain
gardens that provided flowerbeds full of flowers, as well as many fruit trees, which allowed us to explore the flowering of the species at different times of the year,” says
Flávia D'Urso , responsible for the landscaping of this Minas Gerais house and a professional on the
CASACOR Minas Gerais team.
The landscaping has
a contemporary tropical style and was developed alongside the architectural project of the residence, which was carried out by
Estúdio João de Barro Arquitetura .
“They also asked for a
small walking track , which would be used mainly by the owner’s mother,” he adds.
The
large, flat 1,710 m² plot was divided into a façade garden, a pool area garden, a central courtyard garden and a garden on the side of the residence, and gained several outdoor living areas, with access points and pathways in organic shapes.
