With over 10,000 m²,
Shopping Cidade Jardim is opening a new space dedicated to
architecture ,
design and
decoration , with a project by
Arthur Casas . As part of its 15th anniversary celebrations, the shopping mall’s third expansion, called “
Home & Design ”, complements JHSF’s portfolio by expanding the space by over 10,000
m² .
More than 20 brands have already confirmed the opening of their
flagship stores in the next phases, such as Artefacto (one of the space's anchor stores), Lider, by Kamy, Estudiobola, Natuzzi and
Jader Almeida. Also worthy of note are Artelassê, AD.Studio, Camicado, Lola Home, Marcato, Organne, Palimanan, UD House and Vallvé.

The project features wide avenues, natural vegetation and a central space that allows a full view from all floors. The highlight is the lighting by artist Arthur Lescher , one of the great names in Brazilian contemporary art and known for his three-dimensional works .
The new addition complements JHSF's portfolio, which offers the best in shopping malls, retail, development, gastronomy, hotels and travel. The idea is to integrate the world of
architecture with
fashion and lifestyle , which are so present at Shopping Cidade Jardim. Between shopping, architects, interior designers and their clients can also have a coffee with a sweet treat at the
Cousins pâtisserie.

The new “Home & Design” area can be accessed from the
1st and
2nd floors of Shopping Cidade Jardim , via the side corridors on each floor.
