Dexco opens a concept store at Conjunto Nacional
With the intention of being a tourist destination for people with an affinity for design and architecture, Dexco – owner of the brands Deca, Portinari, Hydra, Duratex, Castelatto, Ceusa, and Durafloor – opens its flagship store in the Conjunto Nacional, on Avenida Paulista. The choice of location was made to consolidate the brand's presence in an area considered a cultural corridor frequented by many people daily, allowing for a larger number of visitors as well as closer consumer engagement. To develop the store, Dexco consulted the Bittencourt Group – specialized in the development, management, and expansion of business networks – and conducted a comprehensive study on the paths the industry should follow, global benchmarks. Additionally, it will host decorated projects in the Viver Ambientes exhibition, featuring professionals: David Bastos, Debora Aguiar, Duda Senna, Evandro Melato, Gabriel Fernandes, Jeferson Branco, Kesley Santiago, João Martins, João Panaggio, Marília Zimmermann, Moacir Jr, Nildo José, Paulo Azevedo, Priscila Muller, Sophia Abraham, Salvio Jr. from Studio CASAdesign, Studio Garoa, and the office Très Arquitetura. While Sig Bergamin and Murilo Lomas design the modernist project on the ground floor with free admission, the exhibition is curated by the duo Allex Colontonio and André Rodrigues, known as Derconautas. It also houses a café, managed by A Casa de Antônia, a coworking, a functional gourmet kitchen developed in partnership with Florense and Electrolux (brands present in other projects of the House), a Design Hub – an extension of the Design Office Dexco focused on co-creations and research of new products – and an interactive room equipped with advanced technology that allows the testing of the brands' products in various scenarios. The space will have the participation of partners such as Midea, Sherwin-Williams, The Led, Celmar, Florense, Kitchens, SCA, Todeschini, Riccó, Trussardi, American Flex, Hunter Douglas, Natura, and 3 Corações. Conjunto Nacional and successful partnerships

[img class="wp-image-123519 size-full" src="https://cdn.assets-casacor.tec.br/file/casacor-images-news/2022/04/Conjunto-Nacional-fachada-.webp" border="0" alt="Conjunto Nacional" title="Conjunto Nacional – fachada" width="4032" height="3024" data-restrict="false" data-portal-copyright="Ulisses Agnelli" data-image-caption="Fachada Conjunto Nacional - sede da CASACOR São Paulo 2022 " data-image-title="" data-image-source="CASACOR" /> The Conjunto Nacional building, which now houses Casa Dexco, has 72 years of history and was designed by architect David Libeskind. As the first major skyscraper in the Avenida Paulista region, the place is synonymous with culture, art, commerce, and social awareness. Highlighted at the beginning of the urbanization process in the area in the 1950s, it was one of the first buildings to include the surroundings in its dynamics by leaving the ground floor open for pedestrian circulation. Its visibility was further enhanced after three editions of CASACOR at the address, which generated a positive impact that lasted after the exhibition ended and led to new business opportunities for this important architectural landmark in the city of São Paulo.
