Professional Simone Pedreschi was heavily inspired by the theme of CASACOR 2018 , The Living House , to create the Master Suite Room in the first edition of CASACOR Ribeirão Preto . Therefore, the space is a place for socializing, refuge and relaxation.
To convey the necessary warmth, the first step was to eliminate the original walls that separated the room, creating fluidity and integration. Then, a 3D covering brought volume and outline to the remaining walls. Breaking the lines and capturing the eye are the bar and furniture. Fixed brise-soleils, which are rotated 45º, create patterns with shadows and allow for interesting and intimate lighting.
Although the traditional color palette for coziness suggests light and beige tones, Simone opted for concrete gray along with points of directed light. This creates a sophisticated and urban atmosphere, which is completed with photo art. “The intention was to create a window to the unexpected, by projecting an incredible landscape onto a photo art, which becomes an invitation to contemplate nature and to reflect. In this way, we aim to bring, at the same time, movement and peace to the environment.''
