Isabela Barra - Casa Amaranta. Casa Amaranta is a tea and pastry boutique designed to convey the warmth of a true tea house. To create this atmosphere, wooden elements and artisanal pieces from various artists, such as Chris Alves, Renata Costa, and Jeanine Xavier, were incorporated. The handcrafted work symbolizes the collective effort, conveying the idea that, together, we can build something special, uniting the old and the new in harmony. The dark wood — a significant trend of the year — reinforces the coziness and harmonizes with the neutral tones, creating an intimate, welcoming space full of meaning.

The CASACOR Goiás 2025 arrives for the first time in the Setor Marista - one of the most traditional and vibrant neighborhoods in Goiânia, recognized for its intense urban life and sophisticated gastronomic scene. Occupying an area of 3,500 square meters in the heart of the city, the exhibition reinforces its proposal to offer a complete experience to the public by highlighting, once again, its gastronomic hub.

Amid the inspiring creations of architecture, landscaping, and interior design, visitors can enjoy five projects dedicated to good gastronomy. Whether for having a coffee, savoring a drink or wine, having lunch, or gathering with friends for happy hour or dinner, the exhibition invites the public to dive into a route of flavors carefully crafted to delight all senses.

Restaurant

The renowned Grupo Íz presents a new concept of creative cuisine. Named Me & Mr. Lu, the restaurant will be operated by chefs Ian Baiocchi and Lucas Duarte. The project, designed by interior designer Mayara Oliveira, covers 200 m² between internal and external areas, merging sophistication, hospitality, and a strong connection with nature.

The layout was designed to provide fluid circulation and visual integration, with a palette that transitions between shades of green and wooden nuances. The style of the space harmonizes curved furniture with contemporary design lighting.

Wine Bar

Combining wine and gastronomy in a cozy environment, the wine bar Taberna D’ Época Arte & Vinho offers authentic and accessible experiences, with specialized curation. The menu will feature 30 to 50 labels, carefully selected by My Winery, in collaboration with Época Arte Vinho. The bar will also have an exclusive menu focusing on cheese and charcuterie boards, Mediterranean-inspired starters, and artisanal snacks, all designed to pair perfectly with the selected wines.

Designed by designer Ednara Braga and architects Juliana Resende and Flávia Araújo, the 88 m² project recovers the essence of ancient taverns with a contemporary view. The space where tradition, art, and sustainability meet starts from a stately jabuticabeira, a symbol of roots and renewal.

The bar, with oxidized cement cladding and aged mirror, gains depth and history. Antique doors on the ceiling, a lit wine cellar, and artworks by Heloísa Lobo and Siron Franco bring identity and authenticity to the project.

Drinks Bar

For lovers of haute cuisine and mixology, Bar SOTO will be the right choice. An icon of sophistication and refinement, the bar designed by Clécio Lourenço and Gervásio Milaneze combines contemporary and classic elements in 35 m².

Project of CASACOR Goiás 2025.[/caption> Inspired by London social clubs, the project was conceived as a space for contemplation, gathering, and celebration of well-being, where noble materials, strategic lighting, and a sophisticated palette come together to create a unique sensory experience. More than a traditional bar, it becomes an urban refuge that invites one to slow down and immerse in art, design, and culture, valuing time, companionship, and pleasure in every detail.

Tea House

Led by entrepreneur Franciene Gonçalves, the Casa Amaranta is a tea and confectionery boutique that will open its doors to the public during CASACOR Goiás and, subsequently, will remain at the same address permanently. With an authorial line of teas, visitors can enjoy a unpretentious yet refined gastronomic experience, tasting exclusive blends accompanied by petit fours, creative drinks prepared with the house's own teas and harmonized with mini sandwiches, as well as an irresistible selection of sweets.

The Casa Amaranta was designed by architect Isabela Barra, making her debut in the exhibition. The tea and confectionery boutique was conceived to convey coziness and create that atmosphere. Elements in wood and handcrafted pieces were incorporated into the project. "The manual work represents the collective effort, symbolizing the union between the past and the future. The dark wood— a prominent trend this year— reinforces the coziness and harmonizes with neutral tones, creating an intimate, warm space full of meaning," highlights Isabela Barra.

Café

Meanwhile, the café carries the signature of Fábrica, from entrepreneur Alexandre Jardim. A mix of baker and pastry shop, the menu features delicious breads, cakes, croissants, among other delights. Additionally, the house has a cart of artisanal ice creams at the door. The project occupies a space of 60 m² and is signed by architect Geovanna Apolinário. The palette of natural materials, such as exposed bricks, wood, and iron, gains lightness with the soft light, the white of the counter, and the hanging green, translating a sensitive and balanced view on contemporary living.
