New year, new life and décor more than ready to be renewed in 2025! As usual, Pinterest Predicts – a study that predicts trends observed within the platform – has outlined the future of the next “darlings of the moment” that will conquer the decor of your home. Trends are structured according to the searches that Pinterest users carry out within the network. More than 500 million people visit Pinterest each month, providing valuable insights into future trends. The platform’s report identifies fast-growing patterns with 80% accuracy over the past five years. While 65% of 2025 trends are driven by Gen Z, all generations are represented. From an explosion of colors to eco-punk, Pinterest has already revealed the upcoming trends for 2025 in the world of decoration. Check them out and get inspired!

1. Vibrant home


It’s time to embrace your inner child and have fun painting in 2025. Gen Z and Gen X are planning to add vibrant hues and contrasting decor to their homes , create hand-painted murals, and even update doors and furniture with a pop of color.

2. Eclectic home

In 2025, decor will take a maximalist turn, opening the door to a bold mix of styles , prints, colors and textures. Between vintage and modern, boho and chic: this is how Gen X and boomers will feel at home.

Much more than just a decorative detail, cherries will take on a starring role . By 2025, Generation Z and millennials will transform this small red fruit into a comprehensive aesthetic trend, present in decoration and cocktails, with a strong retro inspiration.

On Pinterest, terms like “solarpunk home,” “solarpunk fashion” and “chaotic gardening” are increasingly trending in searches.
