Quarto dos Irmãos project, which integrates the
40 environments of
CASACOR Santa Catarina | Florianópolis . Designed for a six-year-old girl and a three-year-old boy, the space demonstrates concern in not subtracting the children's personalities in a characterless composition. Furthermore, it encourages siblings to interact in leisure areas that cater to both. "The experience of sharing a room from an early age introduces children to living in society, encouraging the habit of coexistence and cooperation," the professionals say.
The rainbow was the shape that inspired the colors and lights of the space, in which loose furniture surrounds the 37 m² and proves to be functional in the stages of children's development. Thus, the areas were divided into sleeping, dressing, playing and studying. The markings of each area are reflected in the details, such as the leaf-shaped rug in the reading area, the metalwork house with niches for organizing toys and the swing. .
