Todos Arquitetura , which made the most of sand tones, wood and large openings to create a natural atmosphere. The 65 m² project received a facade in glass and a charming triangular roof and functions as a model unit and sales stand for the NeoHouse development.
The kitchen is located at the entrance to the apartment, where it gains the status of a social area. With its wooden joinery and gray countertop, it mimics the terracotta palette and ensures visual integration into the space. The kitchen countertop is also multifunctional — the joinery adapts to different functions, as a shelf, bar or service area. In bedrooms, neutrality invites coziness and allows for visual relaxation. In children's bedrooms, the playful character is emphasized by colorful walls and woodwork, which explore different textures and configurations.
